What’s the official policy for working from home for Thousand Oaks based employees? I’m hearing Amgen told everybody they don’t need to come back to work but to keep working from home permanently. Is this true? I’m wondering about impact on local economy and real estate market (fewer highly paid employees moving to Thousand Oaks). I obviously don’t work there but live nearby. Serious answers only please!
Yes, they sent a memo that people who have been wfh from home during the pandemic will mostly be working from permanently.
