Well, been a long time coming, but here it goes. 25% of Ortho companies are not going to make it the next 18 months. Couple that with a horrid outlook on sales vs. current metal quota AND there you have it. NO WAY they can continue to pay out. GOOD LUCK BOY'S.

 

That's Strong prediction. Any factual evidence to support the numbers? Considering the instability of the Economy and this fluid business we work in there will def be changes ahead you are correct. The EO division could be better in certain areas however if you are selling, growing & have strong physician relationships you will always have an ability to move forward. I challenge you to think of how you could advance your current situation during this down time. The products that are killing are Nerve Wraps & Tubes, Panta 2, MBA, PIP, Titan Shoulder & BioD.

To the person who wrote this, as a response to a positive + constructive comment, is the reason why EO is failing.
Good sales people will find a way to be successful - no matter what.
“Order-takers” will complain and blame everyone, except themselves.

if you don’t like the company or what you are selling, move on. But, you probably aren’t good enough to get another job. You’re weak.

Integra is a great company. Unfortunately, some people are no good at what they were hired to do. That said - you should be thankful Integra hasn’t let you go.
Instead of complaining online, why don’t you try to redirect your energy in a positive way?
