How are PRISM or LTIP handled if were let go?

    Just curious if you had a long term incentive that had yet to fully vest, if you lose it all, get a pro-rated portion, get it all?

    They said from the beginning that you had to still be employed.

    Proration assumes 100% payout and includes only complete years.
    • If scheduled to pay out next year we get 2 year’s proration of a 100% payout
    • If scheduled to pay out the year after we get 1 year proration of a 100% payout

    Ive heard multiple reports that those let go received a pro-rated portion of long term incentives.

    That is correct, LTIP was prorated.

    Outside of the ISRs who all got cut, most reps let go did not win any awards.
