I would say 50% chance of approval in 2025 or 2026 after repeat phase 3 reads out. Even then limited label and potential black box due to ARIA.

Exactly correct. The only way they don’t repeat the trial is if they don’t think it works. 200 million to run trial. Even if only 50-50 chance, they can easily make that annually in sales.

Why get so high-strung and emotional about it? Many people believe this won't get approved. I didn't make the previous comment and work for Biogen. Knowing what I know now, would you really want this approved? It will be absolutely terrible to work here because the indication and access would be so terrible. It isn't going to be approved. Even the estimated price-point will be a joke.
