Yes, he is an arse. He is great at managing up. Anyone with a lesser title than him, he looks down on. This company seems to hire people like him for leadership roles.
 



If you actually took time to get to know him, you’d realize he’s one of the good guys and leads with his heart. He never self promotes for himself, ever! Speaks volumes about you that someone would start a thread and talk trash about another on an anonymous board.

The VAST majority of people think he is a POS. I didn’t start this tread but agree with the poster. It speaks volumes about your character if you believe what you wrote. You obviously don’t know what he is all about. He is only about promoting himself!

This is the perfect place to get the truth out about people. Do you really believe that people speak the truth to their co-workers or superior's? If you do, you’re an idiot. Cafepharma is filled with complainers & trolls. However, there is alway an eliminate of truth. BE is a backstabbing, condescending person that will talk about you behind your back. He kisses up to his superiors and will disparage people with lesser titles. Bottom line- Watch your back around him.
 



I know Brian, he isn’t perfect, he’s a good guy. Can he be an ass kisser, yes, but it’s with the intention of being validated and accepted, his agenda is grounded in good intentions. Leave the guy alone.

Real leaders do not need to seek validation or acceptance. They lead from the front. Sadly, that type of leadership is completely absent here.

He isn’t a “good guy”. Obviously, you have blinders on. To be a leader, an individual needs to have integrity, honesty and compassion as a foundation. He has NON of that. I’ve personally witnessed and experienced his total disregard for people that HE refers to as “under him”. Spare me your ignorance. He is a POS
