JJ is a completely bully!!!!! It’s a “do as I say not as I do” world with him. He leads by intimidation. Way over his head but yet still here.

Unfortunately, MS is incompetent and VP just does what MS says. If you know MS, then you know that’s the only way to keep from being fired by that raging egomaniac. I kind of feel bad for VP - he’s a great guy who hitched his horse to the wrong guy.

.....VP is not higher ranking than MS

But I do think VP is more competent than MS. Either way ES has already been molded into to big pharma rather than diagnostics just wait til you are co promoting some rando pharmaceutical

Here’s a news flash for you: EVERY small company wants to be Big Pharma, because that means big money. They’ll employ the same tactics as Big Pharma as soon as they can afford them in the hopes that it speeds them to Big Pharma more quickly.

The problem we have at ES is that MS is an idiot who can’t even seem to roll out Big Pharma tactics without 13 other Abbvie people to hold his beer while he’s doing it. Even worse is that he thinks he’s awesome - just ask him. Big Pharma isn’t the problem here, as there are great Big Pharma companies. MS is the problem. Since he arrived, our execution and our culture have gone to shit.

    I totally agree
Just adding a GI sales force was stupid.
They have not helped at all.
It was way better when PMRs could call on both as needed and connect the dots!
It is the SAM team that needs to actually get something done.
What do they do all day?
Without healthcare system wins we will not make great strides in market share. Stop making excuses and light a fire under those people or find some who can get the job done

Wow! You really like to point the finger and blame everyone but yourself don't you. What do you do all day? Get overpaid to make phone calls?

Actually, the pay here stinks compared to other companies (even those still making phone calls). And, the PMR is the only person in the field who specifically gets providers to order kits. You might not like that, but it’s true.

PMRs complain way too much, HR sits back and lets it happen causing a toxic and entitled environment. PMR's that don't work or have bad numbers should go. Way too many to justify. Pfizer had to happen because many PMR's put half days work in. Agree, GI sales force....mostly useless. SAM's rule!

I call BS on your post. MOST PMRs do not complain enough. Our data us always late or inaccurate yet we put up with it and say little. SaMs get away with doing almost nothing yet we get blamed for everything. ISRs contribute little to nothing yet get credit for the business we have built.God help you if you have an inept Pfizer rep and there are many .PMRs build all the business yet take the heat for everything with almost zero recognition or appreciation.
