Has anyone been terminated for failing a drug test when they hold a valid state issued medical marijuana card? How does Abbott HR view states medical and recreational marijuana laws? For example in Colorado Is it pretty much a hands off approach unless it can be proven someone is stoned at work? Any insight is greatly appreciated from HR and Manager types. Thanks
