What has been known for a while is happening, new RBD time for our hallowed Mississippi Valley. If you doubt this, plan to hear the announcement by Friday. Whether you believe he is innocent/guilty/somewhere in between, it is fair to say he created the circumstances of his demise. In a modern work force, we can no longer expect leaders to force their personal values and beliefs that are contrary of the corporation’s ethics and guidelines.
Well, being he hasn’t met any demise at all, I don’t believe it’s fair to say anything just yet. A disgruntled ex-employee has filed a lawsuit against him – it happens all the time. Let’s see how it goes before casting judgement.

Regardless of outcome I would hate to be this RBD. Harassment is not intent, it is perception per precedent, particularly if more than one corroborates. Even if he stays, it will be awkward to say the least.
