    We are not selling crap and yet we fill a day with 2 hours of calls with Mohamed and Chris. When would you like us to work?

    Keep in mind that Chris, Mohamed, Marj and others would not be in the position they are if not for Joe Horvat. He appointed idiots, hence why he is unemployed. This will not last long. Just look at daily sales.

    Come on...did you really think this place was going to be any different? Big Pharma commercial leadership, a retread of an old compound, and green front line managers...this is playing out exactly as many thought it would. Look back on this thread prior to any reps being hired...all these issues were clearly stated way back then.

    CP got this one right.

    Agree. CB and Mohamed are on borrowed time. Sales are lagging in May and we get a higher goal in June. Equity positions we got are worthless, yet we keep hearing about this road trip they are on.

    Considering position at the co. Please elaborate on the progress you just posted? Maybe that's an issue just in your district?

    You misunderstood. Company, not territory or district, are selling less than 10 vials a day. Come on over to the sinking ship.

    What did you expect? I hope Marty realizes how bad Mohamed and his team are. We are selling a few vials a day. How about that valuable call today with Mohamed? No way we can continue. Lay offs will have to happen. Most of sales team are looking now.

    What are the underlying reasons too such a poor performance

    - clinical data OK. Prodrug, but efficacy is still pretty good
    - The OCEAN readout had melflufen being ~40% higher on primary endpoint (although not superior on the first read-out)
    - Is it due to the organization/staffing is so poor or what

    A few vials a day is too little

    Easy to diagnose the issues here.

    1. Senior leadership are completely incompetent. Mohamed spends his time using “reply all” to every meaningless email. He runs the OPUS meeting like a carnival. Brand is dying and he wants to do birthday announcements. Chris is so far in over his head that it is comical. ABDs, with a couple of exceptions, are clueless. Sarah, the marketing director, is a complete joke. She does not communicate with sales ever. Sales ops may be the worst ever seen. We have to find our sales data in multiple places and it is usually wrong.

    2. We have way too many people calling on customers. ONE team should be eliminated. They provide minimal value and get in the way.

    3. Our speakers suck. They don’t use our drug and have limited speaking skills. Marketing decided on speakers with no input from field and now we are paying the price.

    4. Sales team is unmotivated. We got screwed in equity and won’t make a cent. We may not make goal for the quarter and for sure will not hit June sales goals.

    We are not set for success and is why you will see a mass exodus.

    Sat through another QBR. Mohamed, please wake up. We get nothing out of these. This is just an opportunity for you to talk for an hour about nothing. Quit wasting our time! No value at all. Why can't you see it?

    Found out yesterday from my manager that Chris and Mohamed want to add OAMs and now split my territory. Adding 5+ people to the sales team? Many areas aren't selling anything now and you want to add more people? She said Chris did not want us working on our golf game. What a dumpster fire!

    People are falling like flies here. Director of Market Access resigned due to poor leadership. I hope Marty realizes how weak Mohamed and his leadership team are and that others are on the way out.

    Be prepared for a screw job on stock another stock grant. My manager said they had a call yesterday with Marj and Chris where Marj outlined that everyone is getting screwed. Same kind of stock we got last time which is bull-shit. She said Marj blamed us for thinking we would get something of value.

    So much for the positive update. We will be lucky to keep our jobs. Can't wait to see how Mohamed and Chris spin this.
