VP Mahana Therapeutics now. Probably saw the writing on the wall and suspects her March annual bonus might be in co stock, or she might have been on the next biannual layoff list - I guess she did not think it was worth the wait

Yes, she left because she’s smart enough to know where things are headed. We all should be proactively looking for our next move before it’s too late.

Who is KP? a little help? Manager? Rep? A lot of people are leaving due to everything going on. Goals have doubled. Certainly not based on previous numbers or current trends. Do the math... Only the top 3 people have made the 'goal' thus far. All from the same place. People need to have individual goals here to make $$$$.

KP was the VP of Market Access:
she went somewhere there actually IS MARKET ACCESS-
probably thru DTC advertising and marketing, the way normal profitable companies with actual leaders
    do it

It honestly baffles me why anyone is still at this company the writing has been on the wall for ages place is a dumpster fire everyone keeps saying "we're all looking" but why didn't you start looking years ago? What possibly kept you here this long? No worthwhile reps are still here. Everyone good got the memo in like 2016 that this place was bad news and ran

Very true. There are a few talented people still here, but most left long ago. Sadly, some are finding it difficult to land jobs RVL on their resumes.

It’s a f’n eye drop that is available OTC. You are not sewing an iris here!

Kelly left because she was a disaster and knew it. She Told everyone she was leaving. You will see a lot more turnover in the next 2 months. I am surprised JDs head is not spinning. There will honestly be no one left at headquarters or in the field as we see it today.

JD and BM are the ones responsible for this disaster. The turnover has been like a revolving door for the past 5 years. The "direction" was to become a branded company. All that is left is ONE brand :OTC Afrin nasal spray; repackaged redosed, and relabeled as an eye decongestant/lidlifter.

The stock is worth $1 after the bank loans are paid. BM and JD will still make money when they dump the co.and to hell with everyone else. Once people realize this, they leave.

Not everyone has been here 'this long'. 3 people just left who were here less than 5 months!
It takes time to find a new position, unless you are carried over here from sun just because you are buddies with the boss I got news for ya! This isn't a 'GO GET EM TIGER' sale! This is a lid drop! We have no competition! No formulary BS. The challenge is that the physicians take their sweet ole time to 'change' and adapt to new things. Especially things that are 'optional'. Relationships are great, many of us have them... Don't assume because you know the docs they are going to Rx right out, they will be excited, and intrigued, however, after 1 or 2, it will stall out. The goals have doubled. Good luck! Sounds like a few scripts, and easy, however, you will just have to see for yourself, this is not the same as what you were doing before. A lot of the pull through once WE get the Dr. to write, is up the patient. Like we said, shady tactics won't work here. We have all gotten scripts 'same day' of first visit, and that is exciting! Pattern has been , they try a few, and then they get busy with their routines.

So my question is of the three who came less than 5 months ago, what possibly brought them to this garbage company? Were they that desperate for a job that they took ANYTHING? You would need to be desperate to come here- even the minimum amount of research would uncover what a shitshow this place is. Genuinely confused why anyone would be joining in the last few months

Very true. People will realise very soon that they made a mistake coming to this company. There is desperation here and most people in the field and at headquarters have left or are looking. Don't let the smiles fool you. Most of us know what's happening here.

Even people from home office are unhappy. Overnight, RB ruined the chance to make this a better place.
He just made it worse! Soon enough the 'newbies' will see, this is NOT the same type of product or sale they are used to. 13 FILLS a week has not even been done by anyone! ( maybe 1 or 2 reps in Cali and Fla), notice the theme! OF COURSE those areas are going to kill it ! Especially Florida! hello, rich snow birds! West Palm Beach, Miami, Sarasota, hello! Breeding ground for money and vanity! Also Beverly Hills, Orange County, etc. Not ONE rep said on the panel that perhaps their demographics helped their scripts along!! hello! let's talk the obvious! Nowhere Kansas should not have the same goals as Beverly Hills or West Palm type cities! hello?
Also, when do we get to call on the other specialties? some reps have already started. We are all saying and doing the same thing all over the country, bottom line, there are areas that are going to do MUCH better than others because of where and what they are!!! One of my colleagues is in one of those areas, and bar none, says , of course this area does great! its full of money and people who want to look 20 forever! No one is stating the obvious! Numerous representatives have acknowledged this, elephant in the room. We need to have goals that are relevant to our individual areas.

Obviously the people who came here over the past year, had NO idea what was going on! What about all the Sun reps and managers that just came over? Ask them the same question? Apparently, the ones that did come over were in some sort of trouble at Sun. A lot of that going on!

The math - goals have doubled because the company in severe financial distress. They need those fill goals to have cash for the payroll. Why do you think there is NO competition for this product? Oxymet. was out there for years as Visine LR in larger doses with BAK preservative. The LR sales volume was so low it did not warrant reducing size to a single dose- don't you think McNeills J&J would have done that if it was a good idea/profitmaker? But J&J chose to discontinue! The reality is that this is yet another failed launch and the only ones still here to blame are the CEO and COO. The fire sale was announced in November(only to Investors in the earnings call, not to any employees) That was four months ago and no offers.

I mean to be fair, all they had to do was check out cafepharma, glassdoor, speak to literally any current/former employee, and they would have gotten the hint. So either they were total idiots or completely desperate. No one in their right mind would come or stay here

JD should be spinning out the revolving door never to return. He has no idea what he is doing and has never sold a single thing except himself to BM.

This place is a complete disaster.
