Our "unique" culture

Pull the trigger Neurocrine. Mandate vaccines in order for employment. If your employees don’t believe in science, the cdc and the fda…clean them out. They shouldn’t even be working in this field. There is no talking sense anymore, you have to drop the hammer.

After 20 years if cherry picking science you think its time to believe in science?

Serious question does Neurocrine have a vaccine mandate for the reps? Do we have to prove it. Any wiggle room around it?

All new hires need proof of vaccination to be hired. If you don’t want to get the vaccine, I recommend you getting out of pharmaceutical/medical sales. It’s just a matter of time that every company will require it.

Yeah, totally FU culture. Now might be a good time to dump those QAnon morons on F1 plus that pushing the chemtrails BS. You know, the one the SEC caught trading Puma with inside information. Totally insane he's working here. Same constructive ignorance that hired Denise, Frank and others who will brunmasked.

Having joined prior to launch and working in number of roles both inside HQ and out, I must say it really is a toxic environment (depending on your manager but also from the top). You don't realize how toxic it is until you leave and get perspective. Regardless of role, I needed to quit for my own benefit and forego stock (alot of stock). What was interesting is that when your valued in the industry, companies will compensate you generously. I was able to get stock in my new company that not only matched what I was giving up but, even more. Neurocrine was fun - initially. It was truly a great environment but, it rapidly turned toxic. When people ask about the company (see postings and want to apply) I tell them to look elsewhere unless they are unemployed or need a temporary spot while looking for a worthwhile option.
