Pay Grade/ Range

Hello,

Anybody has pay grade/range for a manager level job at new brunswick location.? I am planning on taking up a job and would like to know what is expected pay range.

not sure if completely accurate:
Grade 21: 32k - 55k 6% bonus
Grade 22: 38k - 65k 6% bonus
Grade 23: 45k - 82k 6% bonus [Analyst I]
Grade 24: 53k - 99k 6 or 8% bonus
Grade 25: 68k - 123k 6 or 9% bonus
Grade 26: 82k - 150k 12% bonus
Grade 30: 85k - 170k 15% bonus (15% LTI) [M1]
Grade 31: 101k - 202k 20% bonus (20% LTI)
Grade 40: 122k - 244k 25% bonus (25% LTI)
Grade 41: 145k - 290k 30% bonus (35% LTI)

 

add 3%-5% to these 2017 numbers, updated twice since then.

 

What grade is AG? He made 28 million.

 

How about at analyst level technical function at new brunswick? Also what is the next step if you are maxed at your grade level? do they automatically promote you to manager. How do you know the grade level for a posting?

 

He is PG 80.

 

What titles are 40 and 41? AD and D? The percentages seem high.

 

40 and 41 are directors, M1/M2 are M through AD.

 

Are these benefits (bonus & LTI) region specific ie. US only or do benefits apply globally?

 

Too many questions. We do not want you. You are too focused on money and benefits. We want people that are focused on work but be fairly compensated. You are obviously in your 20’s. Any hiring manager would be able to see that you do not want to work, you just want to negotiate Alex’ salary and deliver nothing. Go interview with Merck or Phizer. We need people that can deliver value, not talk.
