Pay Hike After Layoffs?

Looks like Amgen is going to baseline possible 2% increases with stock options. How did people fair with your cost of living adjustments...lol

 

2% to 4%

 

A dismal 2% for exceeding expectations, shudder to think what low performers got.

 

Why do people stay at this wasteland of a company? It’s mediocre or worse in every aspect save for the 401k which is not a true difference maker.

 

I was laid off from a compliance position and found a much more senior position with a 40% raise and signing on bonus. Your skills are much more valuable than you think. AMGone

 

You folks are paid over 100K and are little more than caterers. Look at the ads directed at you. All I read is a lot of bitching about money.

 

Say what you will about us being overpaid caterers but somebody's buying what we're selling.
