Just because you say it's so doesn't make it so.

You have to align rewards to behaviors or else it's just meaningless platitudes.

It starts with paying for performance and ending with financially rewarding performance with all the company's resources: salary, bonus, equity awards, time off territory.

    Anything else is fake.

I can tell you for sure that we don't match performance to annual raises. The size of your raise has zero to do with your overall performance.

Ass kissing and meaningless bullcrap are the only performance measures that count at Amgen.

Its CORPORATE AMERICA children! Politics and deception are worth far more than real skill, intellect and problem solving. Pharma, the great U.S. beacon of hope. Not, even with SARS COV 19 Vaccines.

If we didn't have unchecked price increases, ungodly launch prices, price collusions in therapeutic classes, back door deals with PBMs, patent protection & unjustified, legislatively bought extensions, media ads (for some) and slick international deals, we'd all be gone quick as shit.

What world or business do you work in again? Most of you are dumb asses that are so fortunate to make what you make. Dumb as shit. You could not solve a real problem if you were, wait you are, paid. You actually deserve to turn your j o b over to some "slightly", "marginally" underqualified social project human being to have what you have working ignorantly for this multinational "nation state" drug company.

Back to work. Meaning your leaving for Starbucks.
