    Stock grants that vest 1/4 at a time isn’t making new hires rich. It’s evident that lifer EX AD,AM and reps gave up a long time ago because their stock was granted at $5/share.

    The annual stock awards are way more generous than you would get at any other company - even at 1/4 per year, the money adds up quickly.

    And, yes, those who bought ESPP at $5 a share for 3 years are incredibly wealthy now.

    Yeah been here 3 months and I've picked up on that just gonna keep my head down and stay as far away from the training and compliance teams as possible they both seem like total wastes of space

    They are, but they’re not the only ones. Pretty much everyone you encounter at home office and 75% of your peers in the field are terrible at their jobs. You made a bad decision coming here if you expect a high level of competence out of people. Great mission, great product, poorly run company.
