I heard Graves is paying docs to convert business from Millennium. He laughs at them all the time.

Precision is just as awful as the rest of the labs. They too will have high turnover. They fire reps who don't achieve a certain "unspoken" quota in the 1st 90 days. Their management sucks. Their CEO cries in public. They blatantly over pay their reps and then take it out on them through elimination. Poor business model. They continue to advertise the position as an easy "250K". Joke will be on them if they don't straighten up their acts soon. I can name a "manager" if I need to. I've never worked under a manager that also works one or all of the territories that his reps work (Isn't that competing with your subordinates???). Isn't that a conflict of interest to have active accounts in a territory where one of your reps currently works? Dumb!
