Resignation and bonus

Does anyone know what the policy is for bonus payout and resigning from Novartis? If I give me notice prior to March 15 with an end date a few days later, can they choose to not pay out my bonus? Should I wait to give notice until after March 15? Does anyone know where I can find the actual policy?

 

Good move to verify the policy but I would wait until it’s deposited

 

My partner left Novartis in almost the exact same circumstances and got screwed by Novartis. I’d wait until that money hits your account before resigning.

 

Wait until deposited. In fact I always double dip for a month or so when moving around in pharma. No one will know especially during Covid.

If you are employed on pay date you get paid, that simple.

March is big...paycheck, commission check, VB check, & backdated merit increase pay.
