Base around 145,000-150,000. Bonus target is 40,000

The above is false. Base is more like 110-130 DOE

Ok thanks. Well that’s disappointing with territories that large. Even $130k wouldn’t get my juices going to drive that much. That’s some long ass days in the car.

Meh I’ll pass if that’s the base range.
    Thanks for the info.

    GDit
That’s low af for ambiguity territories. Y’all are going to get a lot of inexperienced reps or reps from sucky companies that are about to get laid off.

Was hoping for more like $140-$150

How large are the territories?? They can't be that large since it's an office based job & not Rare Disease.

Obviously it depends on where you live. Easily 5 hours from one end of the territory to the other in our geography.

I interviewed with Sanofi for the competitive product and they offer base of $135-165k plus $45k bonus.

you mean sanofi GENZYME. That’s the difference. They pay much closer to what real biotechs should pay. Amgen is on the lower side of the pay scale for biotech companies. The territory is large, but no it’s not rare disease and you’re not getting paid a rare disease salary eother

Well then your territories are much bigger than the competitor territories which makes no sense.

I still haven’t heard back for a phone interview. I was told it may be June. Anyone else hear anything yet?

Has anyone come across any updates on the salary range for this position? Is a signing bonus possible? If so, what is the average for that? Thanks!

If you put more than $130k on your app you’ll be disqualified. I work directly with HR (I am not in HR).
If the hiring manager really really wants you then they might be able to get you $135 but doubtful.

what difference does it make on salary, the hiring process is ridiculous. phone screen with recruiter, phone screen with hiring manager, then webex with hiring manager, then webex with another manager, then panel interview with more managers, then final interview with RD or VP, geez, what a joke of a process. Talk about over killing the hiring process, Amgen wins. Good luck to all, I am out!!!!
