    Over paid infants. Marketing is responsible for all the success. We can really just put any warm body in these territories but as expected the new CED’a and CEM’e are working circles around legacy whiners.

    Hahahaha. Haaaaaa. Hahahaha. Three weeks in the field. Please PLEASE come back when you’ve had the first serious complication and you can’t find an MSL (because they’ve all left) or maybe a TLL who even knows the disease state.. People have changed—the drug is the same. And this crew isn’t going to be able to learn from the past because these CEDs are sacrificing ethics for vials.

    The Retina franchise is a disaster!
    Leadership is clueless and not transparent. Senior leaders brought in Mid-management that has no clue by design, less push back to get senior leaders closer to their golden parachute.

    What a disaster!

    Everything is great! We’re all mangers now! Customer experience managers can handle AE’s and customers that no longer believe in the organization.

    CEM is the greatest thing since sliced bread! We believe in our CEM’s!

    I'm not sure why you are all complaining. You agreed, for a hefty salary, to sell a product that can cause serious problems for the patient. You can blame it on the leadership but you know what you signed up for, so stop whining.
