Every single GAM went lateral if not took a demotion. That's not normal. It's bc of the toxicity that JJ spews daily. He sucks as a so called "leader". Talks down to anyone that reports to him and kisses ass to anyone above him.

 

A SAM or NAM role is not considered a lateral move in this company. Many managers get tired of dealing with reps regardless of their leader. That said, you are right, JJ treats everyone who directly reports to him like crap.

 

I can promise you not many people like the GAMs hired externally either
