Trust your senses. Unless you've never worked in medical sales and are looking to use Applied as a gateway to add experience to your resume and get a job somewhere else you do not want to be in this company. Management all the way up the ladder cannot be trusted, and will outright lie about compensation, benefits and other important things that effect your life to get you to come on board, accept a position change, etc., and then hope when you discover their dishonesty you'll be too lazy or reluctant to go back on a job search to quit. You can bet that a lot of those vacancies are from people seeing the reality once they're inside and called Applied's bluff and left.
