    Not much different between the two...micro management, managers that cannot leader, centralized decision making layers above the reps. and cost controls galore.

    Sounds like the sort of hand holding that you dream about and say is necessary to motivate you. But you know nothing about Quest Diagnostics and admitted it in your previous whiny complaint about LCA. Face facts. You aren’t cut out for this business. You want to blame others for your own failure. Own it and find an easier line of work.

    You need to read the Kool-Aid package a little closer. Quest is the "world’s leading provider of diagnostic information services". Wordsmithing. LCA does more actual laboratory testing world wide. Quest was cute with the "diagnostic information" wording so they could claim top spot in something.

    No, I don't work for LCA or Quest. But, I do know them both well.
