So is the compensation for a new rep based on Salary and bonus

    I was thinking of applying for a sales position and wanted to know how the compensation structure is designed. If it's like LabCorp then I would assume it is a salary plus bonus based on ???? Sales growth alone or does it factor in retention of sales at all? Is the bonus paid monthly or just once a quarter?
