Thers an open position I’m considering applying for.

Can someone please help me understand what products this position sells?
    I’m sure one is Aimovig?
    Does it promote other products?

    Is this a stable position?

    TIA

    Aimovig
you are not specialty though--it's a lot of PCP and pain

    Dang..ok thanks.

If that position only carries Aimovig then it’s a dead end job. Anything in the pipeline for that division?

No. You don't want any part of the products on the Gen Med side.

How’s the inflammation side of things? What’s base salary like? Needs to be at least $150K

You would be lucky to get that. They company claims to be competitive but other then 401k not sure how they claim that. Maybe in 1990.

Amgen pays bad. No biotech. starting max 130. even hard to get that. Aimovig is only drug

Starting salary should be close to $110k and possibly more if you can show HR proof that you’re at a higher base salary band. But it’s doubtful Amgen can pay $130k off the bat

wrong. they will pay up to 130 but no more. if you have tons of experience and are making more than 130

    one drug

    not fun to sell

lots of pcp and pain as others said. bad bonus
