Not true. I was just brought in making $115k in base.

 

I can confirm it is impossible to bonus anything meaningful here for any amount of time. Other companies realize reps work hard and adjust to make it right because happy employees are loyal and work harder. Not here. This place has a sweatshop mentality. If the sales force blows out a quarter, they’ll just say it pushed them out of budget and you will not get that bonus you thought you were going to get. That has happened. They have and will renege.

 

As of current there is roughly 300 reps in both divisions. Supernus employees 563 people!!! That means that there is roughly 260+ employees not in a sales role.

They said $6,000 per quarter at plan. They weren’t able to tell me the average bonus payout last year. Which is kind of odd. Do you work for Supernus?

 

Average payout per quarter was $2300 last year.

 

Will Qelbree be covered ?

 

If the patient fails two stimulants then fails a generic non stimulant we will be covered 100%. 20% of the time.

 

We have no idea. You get out there and tell us whether it’s covered or not.
