I've been on HRT for a full year next month. I was perscribed HRT at 25. I was depressed, fatigued often, tired and my normal daily accurance of sex at night with my girlfriend had dropped to once or twice a week. Now, I have an identical twin so it was easy for me to catch the fact that I was having a problem somewhere. Something genetic passed down to me that my brother didnt get. My father has been on HRT since the day he hit 30 (genetic disorder). My brother was 175lbs 5'10 and in the single digit fat area. We both worked out since 16 but one day I started to fall behind. I lost tons of muscle. Then I could'nt even loose any fat in a caloric deficient state and ended up at 150lbs and no abs (14% bodyfat). Now i went from benching 225lbs ×6 to 135lbs x10. At the start of my treatment I was at 290ng/dl. Now, on one 1cc of Watson 200mg a week im over 1000ng/dl. Im only down a few pounds from my brother (if that) but we're twins again. I was deprived a big part of my life when I dropped that low. I have no side effects what so ever. My girlfriend is happy and my career is blowing up! Couldnt have made a better choice. I get regular blood tests done and my diet is clean all year round to prolong my health. Dont hesitate to get help. At 25 it was hard for me to admit my problems to a family member let alone my doctor but i was forced and im glad i was.
