The PROBLEM is FLEMMING

Unreal it's taking EQT this long to figure our CEO is fake and a fraud and knows nothing about the depth of the business. Flemming has never kept a job. He keeps repeating the same mistakes.

 

Flemming and his top executives get paid nose bleed salaries yet they need to pay out even more to armies of consultants? They only need these guys as scape goats to blame when the dummy plans don't work (think org structure). This is a destructive way to run a company and create a productive workforce. Our culture has been killed and Flemming created an atmosphere that lacks innovation, creativity, integrity (since everyone will run around trying to figure out how to stab each other in the back so they can make themselves look good) and hired a bunch of useless, spineless (rare disease) Yes Men so those above them can feel good about themselves especially when the company is collapsing. Keep it going Flemming!

Flemming, the workforce is laughing at you. I know that is not a nice thing to do to someone who is suffering from a mental illness, but you brought it on to yourself.

 

The Galderma leadership team are the ones responsible for the current performance. I don’t think Flemming , Thomas understand the negative impact they are having on the company.
The real issue is that none of them are strong enough to do what needs to be done to keep the company growing.
Instead they have built a company with zero humanity. Morale is at all time low. It’s a train wreck .... Flemming truly has no vision. Just delusions of grandeur!!

 

Look up to this guy as an example of the finest we have to offer!!!! Someone please save us before it’s too late!!! Swiss headquarters are being decimated by this arrogant and idiotic CEO!!!

Flem is making me so angry for destroying Galderma that I'm finding it difficult to be civil, so I'm not going to say anything other than, he sucks and so does anyone that supports this creep.

 

Flemming’s culture is hiring white males aged 58-60+ with rare disease background, ganging up against the one or two who have made it on their own. They have a back door entry and conspire to get the good ones out. Bullying at its best. Their influence is so intense that no one can do anything about it.
