    If you’ve done nothing wrong then no worries!
    They lose enough reps through these kinds of tactics and how they (managers) treat the sales team. Management should be looked at and thinned out cause they have plenty of incompetent managers who cheat the system a plenty!! Check into that!

    The organization has taken a severe downward turn! Look at the last 8 or so managers they’ve put in place or promoted—inexperienced, unproven and just flat out un-intelligent people.

    You are right. When word gets out how reps are treated and tracked no smart individual would want to work here. Talented individuals never choose to work for a company like that. They will be stuck hiring desperate job seekers and people trying to get their foot in the door to Pharma.

    Co. has the field doing f to f calls since last june. Risking their health to drive sales during a pandemic when most pharma cos have had their reps remote the whole time through.
    They set unrealistic 2021 sales goals and then they start going after folks the low-life way. And with an NSM around the corner. Great way for leadership to motivate their sales people. “We love you, you’re very special.” Now go home!

    Wow... that is sad. Most of them are doing more than other industry reps. I wonder if their goal methods will be true to potential. Ha! That will never happen.

    Even my DM who is a pretty positive individual said that guy was an idiot. Some of the stupid things he says on leadership calls leaves everyone scratching their heads I guess

    My manager is cool but I did take the challenge from someone on this managers team. Walk up and talk to the Atlanta DM at the next meeting. It will only take two minutes in conversation to see that he has no personality and a very low iq. Everyone knows exactly why he was hired. There were much better candidates

    This seems to be a common thing for Maria. She hires on outside factors instead of simply hiring the best candidate. Noel and Joe are obvious examples of this. Maria should be investigated and fired instead of hard working reps.

    I just heard about the Gestapo style leadership Maria is encouraging in the Southeast??? WTF??? Who checks on good hard working reps they supposedly trust like that... All of us could be fired if they went through every single thing we did with a fine pic comb... none of us should be ok with this regardless of where we work... MZ needs to go if she treats trusted colleagues like this....

    Vince Tom and Evan where the hell are you??? Do you think word does not spread up north and out west about what is going on in the Southeast??? When will you guys Wake up??? This is not ok with your sales force.... take two minutes and call some of your top performing reps down there and get the story... I joined this company and had high hopes... you have let us down financially in regards to our stock price but the disrespect to the sales force especially those leading the way had to stop... Maria needs to go!!! Several of us want to go off on her during our virtual NSM... I hope we have the opportunity to share concerns in an environment that won’t get us fired as well...

    So, you want to check call logs and gas receipts and expense reports & try to nail reps that way?

    Go right head. But don’t be surprised if those reps get together and file a class action wrongful termination lawsuit against you.

    You’ll certainly deserve it.
