Omg can you be any dumber? You do know covid is an infectious disease? You do know Amgen is a private company? You do know the principles of capitalism? You do know the size of Amgen’s law department? You think they would have asked this question without 100% certainty that it id perfectly legal in the US?
Most of you guys claim to be ‘patriots’ yet know absolutely nothing about American laws or just even basic civics.
there is a large number of people who are still working from home, there are is large number of people in manufacturing plants and labs who are still working onsite.
There is a vaccine available, finally, and Amgen had every right to gather numbers to assess the risk of bringing more people back to work in person.
You ppl who think any part of that survey is illegal should try suing and see how far you get.
Absolute ignorance from the right wing whack jobs.

The common theme amongst anti-vaxers is none have served in the military and have never sacrificed at all for this country but they are the first to claim they are patriots. Most drug reps are women who carry the financial and benefits load who have husbands who are "independently employed" yet are the first to claim unemployment, Stimulus and other "socialists" welfare money. Hypocrite ever one of them.

If you aren't getting vaccinated, you are not a patriot. You are a leech.

Then don’t provide it. It’s optional. Stop being a weird conspiracy theory peddling simpleton who thinks there is some hidden agenda behind this survey. Amgen is on the right side of law on this one. End of story.

Yet you chose to sell drugs approved by the same agency that granted the EUA to the COVID vaccine, which you think is unsafe. Wow your logic makes as much sense as a pile of dog waste.

what Amgen should really do is an IQ test before hiring idiots such as yourself.

Amgen should be asking height and weight instead ov vax status if they really are interested in returning people to TO. Overweight and obese are most at risk from covid complications, mech ventilation, hospitalization and death. Normal weight employees are at extremely low risk. Follow the science - the CDC just published a study that shows 78% of covid complications occurred in individuals with a BMI >25.

oh no, can’t do that. That’s an invasion of privacy, no matter how grounded in science it is...

It's not just about decreasing hospitalizations and death. Decreasing spread effects everyone no matter what their size or medical background. Also,.. it's not just about YOU. Surprise!

You are incorrect in so many aspects. Normal weight individuals with pre-existing conditions such as asthma are at a higher risk. And obesity is not contagious unlike covid. There is a vaccine for covid that is safe and effective. You are tying your panties in a knot anti vax moron. You don’t like the survey don’t take it.

the thing is most people in TO are not obese unlike those in Red states. Yet we had high hospitalization rates in healthy ppl, even teens in this area. If ppl come to work and contract covid they can sue. Amgen is a private company that can ask for vaccine information. Don’t like it? Leave!

So, your best source of medical information is Joe Rogan? What an absolute tool that guy is! Please don’t work for this company if you’re going to be buying into the junk science of snake oil treatments like “ivermectin” over the proven vaccine we have to prevent COVID. I guess we have some really stupid people here who lack the ability to use rational critical thinking.

How does spread affect everyone other than an inconvenience if there is no sequellae, such as hospitalization or death. Most infections were inconsequential, especially if your BMI was <25. Read the study.

. The study showed if your BMI was > 25 then you are at higher risk. A BMI of 25 is considered overweight, not obese, and many at TO fall in that category. BMI of 30 or higher is considered obese. If we are science based we should ask for BMI and let those who are overweight or obese work from home.

What was her BMI? BMI of 25 or higher is associated with higher complication rates from covid.
