Had a very interesting day with my manager last week. Doctors were very quick to share how they are getting so many prescriptions through. One even speaks for Aerie. If Kerry in NC is going to be pushing these specialty pharmacies so hard because they run medicare patients for $50 no matter the coverage she should tell them to keep it quiet. Atlanta representative had a similar experience according to management. Very questionable behavior going on and is being reported.

 

Ms. Davis Esq, are you going to send us a reminder of company policy while you turn your head away?

Our VP and head of compliance fled her former position at Sun Pharma after the OIG raided the place. She was aware of violations and failed to take any action prior to the OIG coming in.
