I mean they had to let us out. The CDC pretty much said no masks and most states are completely open. It had gotten to the point of absurdity after 14 months.
Albert loves good polls. I think they were getting some negative responses from HCPs about being the vaccine company but being the only company not out. It looked bad in the long run.

Side note... several calls since announcements stressed the importance of product launches coming in the next few months. Think they know a virtual launch would be disastrous. No one in leadership was gonna stake their job on it.

They squeezed every minute out of it they could. Gotta give em that. A manufactured crisis that was drug out to the very last second.

This was all PR. Plan and simple. That quarterly call proved it.1st thing out of Alberts mouth was the # of positive press reports around the world. No way in hell they were gonna have reps sread Covid to offices all around and make those offices shut down for 2weeks. The vaccine maker spreading the virus... etc.
1st day back and less than 1/2 the district is eligible. Go fig.

Smarmy little lawyers think they know more than the 12,000 doctors who signed the Barrington Accord

The irony is that going out in the field today, not ONE office required a mask. Hilarious. Actually had sign on doors telling patients they weren’t required.
