What can they do to make this place better?

What is even better is I am collecting a paycheck for doing absolutely nothing. I act like I am the perfect rep in front of the manager (we call him Barney Fyffe) and he has not a clue. Our motto for him is “Starbuck’s gain is MDL’S loss!”.

I've heard nothing, but negative things about the managers at mdl. However, this VT takes the cake. Why is she even employed? Seems like a nightmare for the past 10 - 12 years there. Why doesn't EM do anything? How much is mdl doing a year now? I know it's shrinking. maybe $50m? $30m?

Quest rep was doing the same thing and she overheard the restaurant manager berating me since this was the 3rd time it happened! yep......but by golly, EM still gets his money and purchases apartment complexes and bars. maybe that's one of the reasons mdl cc gets declined. and paying vt's salary, commission, bonus, expenses, etc.....

We're the laughing stock of the entire industry!!! I hate my decision to come here!! I hate even more VT!!! She has the anti-Midas touch. Everything she touches turns to s@#$. Businesses, relationships, accounts, etc.....On top of it all....EM seems to not care one bit. He's already millionaire. Eventually mdl will close shop. EM will write off most of it. VT has stashed enough money to retire. The rest of us?? Because we worked here.....it'll be difficult to find something else....if you have mdl on your resume. Do you think vt or em ever reads these posts? What about the other managers?

so what's been the reason or response when you tell management your company card keeps getting rejected? just start booking as many lunches as possible. 3 maybe 4 per week. let's see what VT does to handle the situation.
