    AMGEN WAKE UP!!! Your reps get along with NO ONE! First the entire Celgene division leaves and now your reps are talking about how they hate the Novartis reps. You literally employ the most arrogant, ignorant and obnoxious reps!!! WAKE UP!!!!

    The Amgen bureaucracy is undefeated. They are much more enthusiastic about doing a noon Wednesday teleconference and then debriefing on it than they are going out a making calls.

    They actually think the length of their PI, not the breadth of their sales, measures their greatnesses.

    Calls and more calls, same people with verbal diarrhea, audience falls asleep. Don't know any Merck NUBU people but wish I had their pension. There are simple reps who exit with millions under the legacy pension model, that doesn't even include their 401. Where's our Amgen pension? 401k? Bahaaaaa

    novartis was lazy. they did nothing. my counterpart sat at home all day and worked on her expenses. went to the gym daily right after her lunches , refused to make pharmacy calls and spent most of her day doing admin work.

    I think most of the Novartis reps did that They knew Amgen was driving the bus and doing it all.

    What a bunch if sickos on this site. Your children would be soooooo proud of your keyboard warrior skills, until they experience it from others. Then you can explain to them why people engage in such behavior. Go sing a song, put up a flag, or anything that doesn't drive business. Leave others alone.

    Question: Now that we go from speciality reps to primary care (nothing wrong with that I did that 10 years ago but worked hard to get move to speciality) how many want to leave seriously? Scale of 1-10 with 10 being you have been looking at jobs since Wednesday?

    that is correct. the Novartis culture was different than ours. They didn't work,they did admin work all day, they maybe saw 3 customers and refused to call on pcps for the most part. good riddance

    I am going to look though as Amgen needs to hire a pcp salesforce. we shouldn't be doing this. we are supposed to be specialty. don't think Lilly or tea make their Neuro reps call on pcps

    Novartis getting paid for months. they will be ok.

    You are complaining about novartis not wanting to call on pcps and now you are whining they need to hire a pcp sales force because YOU were hired as a speciality rep. Exactly.
    Arrogant and dumb.
