Xeljanz division run is about to come to a brick wall haulted. With FDA label change looming for 2-3 SE failures forcing last line use plus zero Phase 3 Pipeline with 30months LOE, the division is soon to be extinct.
Next pipeline product in phase 2 if should make it out would not be until late 2026 2027 time frame.

The reps with Xeljanz should look at lateral transfers internally now or external companies now hiring. If not, then soon to be extinct

Xeljanz part of I&I has been stone cold DEAD for few years now with water down Primary Care talent who dont sell or know clinical and ran by unqualified leaders whom shouldnt be leading a grade school soccer team let alone a $2 Billion Brand.

Pathetic the last few yrs where the division has gone (one of best w Pfizer to absolutely the worse)
    Culture here SUCKS

I’m on the derm side and only hope for the best outcome with the label. This will affect all Jaks IMO. Sad too because the data for abro really looks like a game changer. Would be a shame to limit its potential. Saw it with chantix when the FDA panicked and slapped on a BB warning. They eventually removed it but the damage was done. The science was ahead of the bureaucracy then and maybe it is now. It’s why there needs to be an overhaul of the FDA, CDC etc. Not every patient is the same and not every patient has the same risk tolerance. I don’t live in pain so I can’t judge. For for those who benefit from therapy and are willing to take the risk, more power to them.

You need to self educate & not listen to VP lies.

Look up at US patent website. Orginally 2021 then got extended 2024.
The 2025 is BS hoping Ped indication will go to 2025 but it will not even generate 25million. Who would give their child a drug that risk CV events.

    2024 max girlfriend.

    Spot on skippy.
The good ones already bailed the sinking ship last 2yrs. All the remains are mediocre reps and reps over 50 wanting a 6 figure package to leave.
Best to Worse - shows how quicly poor leadership and bad decisions/strategies can sink the greatest divisions. Non leaders who are unqualified, arrogant, selfish & have zero clue about culture & motivation thinking just give reps salary bumps & salary matches will grow a division????? Wrong.... it destroys even the greatest very quickly. XELJANZ 8 yr run should be a Harvard Case study of what NOT to do when you are flying to multi billion dollar heights.

Absolutely the worse ran division in global Pfizer, hands down.
Last couple of years have been a total disaster of monumental destruction!
The West & East Region are CLUSTERS &#@# while HQ leadership is even worse cluster

Yaya. Everyone if Pfizer knows the Xeljanz division is a colossal mess with leadership & culture. We hear it weekly the past couple of years & the % turnover in the Xeljanz division is the highest of any with Pfizer.
Unless your a clueless Pfizer employer, you already know about this stuff.

The division where the down trotten, washed up, below average reps land. Other division manager have been lateral out their bad apples & worse ranked performers in their districts over to Xeljanz last few yrs. Heck even one of the IM average at best DM landed as an RD with Xeljanz in 2020. So the average & worse IM DMs & reps landing in the division on life support of 3yrs. Then thosr avg inexperience people bring in more below avg reps-- spiralling downward cycle that started just last few yrs with an non-qualified VP who was promoted without merit or every leadership.
That folks is why Xeljanz has become the bottom feeder of talent, reps, DMs, RDs recently..... end result worse division in Pfizer.

Our division is soooo F up.
From our laughable cant understand Pres to our crazy whiskey slamming VP who keeps making poor decision after poor decision, we were doomed to implode 2 yrs ago.
Most reps just want severance & out to a more stable division with a good culture & true leaders of people.

F Xeljanz leadership who created this nightmare

Our new leadership has been screwing us with flat put lies for the last 2yrs. Just trying to squeeze is for their millions in stock options to go up. The 3 are the first that should be canned and 2 need to go to prison for 1136 CV coverup the past 5 yrs. Criminal behavior w intent

Before going over to another specialty division, I was with Xeljanz for 6 yrs until the Pres & VP bolted then doesnt take an MBA to figure out that 3 Alarm Fire drill.
All I can say everything on here past couple years with Xeljanz is 99% truth.

Regardless of impending layoffs, Xeljanz is toast in 36 months anyway w LOE & no pipeline until 2027-2028.
Should have, Would have, Could have...... its too late for the last rats of the sinking ship now. Await your sentencing is all you can do---but unless you are in your 50s, you deserve to be canned for not being bright enough to see the signals the past 3 yrs.

Yes we have been screwed since Vic & Richard disagreed with the future of the division so Vic left. (Vic wanted to acquire an immunology co or product while Blackburn wanted to grow organically w pipeline putting all chips on the Nash & Lupus drug-----lol, TOXIC & Canned)

Also didnt help having Angela Wong laying a big fat egg loosing BILLIONS for Pfizer with buying Eucrisa that has never made 10% what we paid for it. So Wong had egg on her face & didnt support buying another product.
Of coarse Wong is Asian Female over 50 & oje of few in Pres role so she is still around.

Not that Vic & Richard we great but both were backfilled by unqualified bozo tokens.
