Xeljanz new last line label, 30m LOE, No Pipeline

    I left Xeljanz for another division shortly before the previous Pres & VP left the co.
    Bottom line if the Pres, VP then Global Pres leaving Xeljanz wasnt a big enough sign to the reps, then the Central RD and all the DMs (62%) who have left the past 18 months should be an "in your face cold water" wake up call sign.

    The current Pres & VP have ran the division into the ground with poor decisions after poor decisions supported by incompetent RDs.
    You deserve to be canned if your dumb enough not to see all the massive warning signs the past couple of years and still be with Xeljanz.

    The Xeljanz division is worse in Pfizer, Pres & VP should not be in charge of people nor making major decisions period.
    Leadership has drove the division into a watered down talent cluster f

    This Xeljanz division was DOA with the beginning of the end when B&J took over with zero experience or capabilities at that level.

    This division has been dead & sinking into the abyss 3yrs ago. This is old news as all the good reps and leadership has bolted long time ago.
    Only people left here are the
    1) Reps over 50 wanting a package
    2) Below average reps
    3) Poor Reps whom IM wanted to kick out
    4) Watered down non-qualified management

    Result- a Watered down poor skilled division with incompetent Pres/VP/Mgt thus the Cluster F culture that currently exists.

    A CLUSTER F is an vast understatement.
    We have sucked and been the bottom of barrel division of Pfizer for a couple of years now.
    Starts at the top with an arrogant self serving culture.
    If under 45, run as fast as you can away from his Cluster F
