Biotech stocks ride tech rally

Biotech indexes ended the week on a positive note but it wasn’t enough to salvage the week.

The NASDAQ Biotechnology Index (NBI), SPDR S&P Biotech ETF (XBI), BioCentury 100 and NYSE Arca Biotechnology Index (BTK) each lost about 5% on the week, despite gaining about 2% Friday.
