A few Big Pharmas are — at least initially — recognizing the wants of their employees in recent weeks as they begin floating return-to-work plans. Eli Lilly, for example, announced Monday it intends to bring employees back to its Indianapolis offices in a staggered process. Starting June 1, the pharma will see 25% of its workers return with the goal of allowing all employees back by July 12, should Covid-19 cases stay down.
