Management is awful. There is so many levels of incompetency and they just paid out our Obesity sales force 50k in one quarter in bonus--they forecasted wrong and had to pull the voucher/coupon card off market. Total mess. Well the other sales force Diabetes got maybe 7k. Now they are sending a bunch of people to Las Vegas for a live meeting. Majority of people dont want to go, layers of incompetence. Negative culture with HIGH 38% -55% per year turnover on a good year. Quotas are designed with keeping reps at starting salaries of 35-50K. Micromanaged and punitive administrative duties for under Quota performance. Managerial distraction and high quotas are created to keep sales team off their overachievement and commission optimizing task. Crazy trackers and abnormally high e mail chatter all day...Weekly, monthly and Quarterly reports are in continuous, chaotic re-write and serve only their authors changing needs. Automation of reports---unheard of... Middle mgt. is pushed to be drill sergeants and are rewarded for such. When turnover is at it's worst, they double down the insults and negativity. If in doubt-blame the sales reps... send a time consuming directive... punitive in nature and intent. Love the product portfolio. Good Luck and Good Selling. If you can deflect and have thick skin while making only 50-80K, this is a fit for you. frequently --..Mid Mgt. will send a obscurely written demand to the sales reps that is designed to take hours from ones territory and the question then becomes ...Why did you not hit you number...?. Military style middle management with poor communication and leadership skill sets. Middle mgt. is fairly good, but treated poorly while being overworked and undercompensated. Company is continually loosing companies, revenues and good people in the most disrespectful manner. Plan a 2 year, because 18 mths is the average

The company culture is worse than Intuitive ever was. The Leadership team (if you can call it that) is a good old boys network of former buddies that don’t have a f*cking clue what they’re doing. The investors are seeing through the BS and the ‘street’ is taking notice. This is a niche at best and NOT the best option for patient care. I sell the shit and wouldn’t recommend it for any family member of mine. Just being honest.

The changes have been extremely difficult but I am listened to, I have impact. My colleagues and boss show a lot of respect for one another and there is not a back stabbing atmosphere as I have experienced in other pharma jobs.

Constant "transformations" and lack of titles to "flow" to the work we want (meaning no one does the crappy work). Was a great place to work, lots of flexibility, very little stress but now everyone is overloaded, no promotions possible with the lack of titles and a culling on the way.
