Abusive managers. I have never seen management behaviors that I have seen at AbbVie. Even at the highest levels. No willingness to hear different perspectives. I feel dumber every day I work here. Toxic.
Management goes out of its way to create fear among employees. Greed drives bad behaviors of the couple of incompetent so-called leaders but it is enough to outweigh the decent ones. Stay away!
MS Division is dying, 27 year old drug. Absolutely the worst RSM I have ever worked for. This manager is a loafer and treats reps, especially female reps, disrespectfully. Managed by fear and intimidation.
Horrible culture in the CV division being run by an egomaniac. Worst culture i have ever been a part of. Yeah Repatha has been slow, management still wants to force a high price on managed care instead of negotiating.
Have tried to get promoted/moved into another division for years. Have good evals, but company culture is very incestuous(?) when comes to jobs. Would rather hire a mgrs. spouse/child/cousin than a current employee for a position.
Overbearing, dictatorial management and instability. Like working in a dynamite factory while you are on fire. Company has zero focus beyond the current quarter and private ownership means the family will never change anything if it means they lose any power or money.
