Let me tell you somethin' about this Christoph fella, this VP of R&D we got. Seems to me like he's about as useful as a screen door on a submarine, ya know?
This fella talks a big game about "innovation," bless his heart, but if you ask me, the only thing he's innovated is new ways to burn through the company's travel budget.
Seriously, what in the Sam Hill has this fella actually done since he parked his fancy shoes under our roof? We ain't seen hide nor hair of any real innovation come outta his fancy office. It's like he thinks R&D stands for "Ridin' 'Round and Dilly-Dallyin'."
And don't even get me started on his understanding of new product development. It's like tryin' to explain the infield fly rule to a cow – just a blank stare. He jets off here and there, sittin' in meetings that don't amount to a hill of beans, while the rest of us are here actually tryin' to do the work.
Honestly, you ask me what he's accomplished? Well, he's sure managed to make the rest of the R&D folks look like a bunch of sad sacks whenever he breezes through. Morale's lower than a snake's belly in a wagon rut. He's about as inspiring as a leaky faucet on a Monday morning.
So yeah, that's my two cents on Christoph. Seems like a real… well, a real piece of work, if you catch my drift.
So here is what we are seeing unravel once again - history here repeats itself!
C-suite and other leaders LEAVING or getting pushed out by the frail people at the top!
Is that the answer dude? Are you that desperate? we now have 5-6 key great people in past few months.
Yet ya bring in that destroyer inhuman person????
Must make ya proud to push blame on others for the inept decisions ya make.
