Why do Abbott not pay out the bonus if you leave. I always thought that the bonus was from January to December for the previous year worked??
Rule is you have to be employed on the date when the bonus is paid out which is 31st March this year. That's the rule
Its in your employment contract employer discretion in relation to bonus payments.
All bonuses are paid out on 31 March but if you break the contract before then the company is not liable to pay your bonus because you broke contract if employer broke contract then they would have to pay you.
