  • They will replace MANY more roles. This has become land of the unknown! WHERE is the communication?????
    There is no communication! Can't believe they have waited this long and we have not heard anything in the field whatsoever!! Tommy keeps talking about being motivated but does not provide any direction or strategy. He keeps saying he has to go to Nick. What a joke. My region mates are all looking. A couple have final offers and I'm just praying I'm a little far behind them. Good luck everyone.

  • The leadership all over is so arrogant and completely clueless. I have never seen anything like it. Training department is busy because people leave every week. They are trying to play in a space they know nothing about. Does Denmark know what’s happening here? Can’t imagine they do. Nothing will change here until leadership does. I hope to be out soon! The ship is sinking. Bummed I couldn’t get out before Denmark meeting. Dreading it.

  • Onc- $200-210k /50k bonus/25k RSU
    Treatment/Liver- Sr TS 150-170k, ETS 170-190k
    Prep/Prevention- TS 120-145k, Sr 150-170k
    Prep is the only one 90% are hired in as TS so 120-145k. Mainly because they call on Primary Care & Family Practice. Lower level PC sell

  • Layoffs will occur, planning in process. There will be some '25. More in '26 when pension departures are understood.
