This is the problem with Gilead. They don't know how to compete. If all efficacy/safety were equal among our products and competition, Gilead would lose every time. There's a lot to really love here at Gilead but I've gone backwards in skills since coming here 5 years ago. I've learned to accept the activity check box busy work because they compensate me well but it makes the job depressing.
