    Everything is performative. The amount of time and effort our "leaders" spend on Linked In pretending is disheartening. When was the last time one of them gave us any new ideas? Telling us the year will be about 'execution" is not leading.

    That’s the thing. Commercial should be a lock, but it’s not. Nothing is a sure thing here. Uncertainties have devastated morale and continue to result in people leaving this dumpster fire.
