  • It shows that Sorensen is power hungry and desperate to be in the spotlight. We are in big trouble with him in charge.

  • I’ve heard that JNJ has recently stopped matching post-tax 401(k) contributions once the pre-tax limit is reached. Apparently, there was an internal communication about this change around April 2025? These contributions refer to amounts made after hitting the pre-tax contribution limit. Has anyone else come across this information or can confirm if this change has occurred?

The pre-tax 401(k) contribution is still matched.
To bad sports. That was my back door ROTH I exploited for decades at least $ 50,000 extra matched a year.

So sad for yous dimwits never did it per my advice back in the day.

  • WTF your ass hat response to everything on here is this happens at every company. Big Pharma Nepotism at its finest.
Exactly vintage ITC leadership. Rather than create change and be innovative, they operate under yeah we suck but so does the other companies. Pathetic just pathetic.

  • ”Better?’ That all depends on you and what you want? Only you can provide the answers to the questions that you’re asking. If you want small territory and Pharma structure go the Pharma route. I don’t consider any Pharma company rare based on how they are run. If you want true entrepreneurial role without all the structure, go rare. Again, that for you to decide.
Yeah most Pharma reps don’t like large territories and auto reimbursement instead of co car.

  • Mathew Carrangelo gets let go from Pacira and Lauren Lynn is still employed. What an absolute joke. Mathew brought so much to our organization, so much and LL drives great reps out and does nothing to help her team unless she thinks it's necessary. Wrong person Pacira. You lost the wrong person.
