    They wound up vastly underpaid if they stayed at Pfizer that long. Base salaries for experienced Onc and RD reps is in the $235K-$250K range now at other companies.

    How much longer are they going to make the managers manage 20 reps? Any relief in sight? Honestly, not very fair to the DM’s or the reps.
