What a stupid thing to say. They work harder than the employees.
Most contract reps I know have years of experience and use this job to get out of the house or drinking and travel money.
Leadership, especially at the VP level, as a general rule, do NOT have the skillset to do their jobs well. And the sad part, they know it too. So we sit here, and sit here, and sit here, knowing we will never win under these circumstances. Then they change the VP, and the new one is worse than the first one, then it happens again, and again, and again, and again, and we can't get out of the insanity.
Right!?
