I’ve noticed mostly employees below the director level are displaced in J&J’s ongoing series of mini-layoffs that are designed to avoid triggering the WARN Act compliance threshold. It seems like the company would be better off canning a few toxic directors rather than cutting people who actually do the work.

I think he sounds like an idiot. Glad we reworked our whole PCP call list to now abandon and go back to GIs. I'm 90% PCP... guess I need to really start looking for a new job
