  • Oph had the same thing. Cequa gets funneled through a few partner pharmacies that don’t even try to adjudicate. Just run cards and push fills. Managers love it — high conversion, zero transparency. If you ask questions, your told to focus on execution
Amen to that! We all know we weren’t selling treatment — we were selling process. My Dr. Cheng switched to Bromsite the day I promised the refill would go through clean if he just used the suggested pharmacy. He didn’t care what the bottle said. Just wanted fewer callbacks. We gave him that… and I got 130% to plan. Then they wrote me up for being “out of alignment” the next quarter.

  • None of your beeswax loser. We definitely don't need your weak sales skills.
Selling skills? This company does not value selling skills. All useless KPIs that are tracked.

  • Do you get micro managed here? How often to managers do ride alongs?
DSS rep here and it’s ridiculous with mgr field travel. No different than big pharma that I left to come here. Frustrating!

  • Layers upon layers. Too many silos. CE, NPS, and now this hybrid of MPA role. All have their own managers, RDs, and EDs. Novartis needs to cutback the leadership levels. Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. With 2025 expected performance being way below expectations, this is where the cuts need to happen.
But they won’t - why do we have ED’s? Even in marketing. Waste of money
