Success is spelled with an extra “c”.
And there is no success in the word Kenvue.

Any report that says otherwise is bought by the ladies that wear the high heels, short skirts, lots of non-Kenvue make up, and say they work in corporate relations.

Not specific to our industry. Corporations don’t give a fuck about their employees except to the extent that they pay you to do your job. Give the same in return. Just do your job and no more.

Better pay sounds good. But for a company that can't hit their numbers for 2 straight years, how is the better pay going to be funded?

ITC had the opportunity to be an incredible place to work. The money was pretty good. The RSU program was very generous. So much so it gave leadership a license to treat people badly. Praying the experience with J an J is better/different. Nothing to lose now so hopefully our leaders will ease up a little on the fear and intimidation.
